Where's my order?
Most orders arrive within 6–10 business days. You get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships. The first tracking update can take 2–4 business days to appear. That's normal.
How do I get a refund?
You have 30 days from delivery. Email us with your order number and we reply with the return address. Send the device back (used is fine), and your refund goes out within 2 business days of it reaching us.
It arrived damaged or doesn't work
Send us a photo or short video within 30 days of delivery. You choose: a free replacement or a full refund. No need to send the faulty one back.
Can I change my address or cancel?
Yes, if your order hasn't shipped yet. Email us your order number right away. Orders usually ship within 1–3 business days. Already shipped? You can still return it under the 30-day guarantee.
